This Privacy Policy explains how EV Install collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal information. We are committed to handling your information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This is a general template and should be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

For commercial, strata and fleet enquiries we may also collect business, site and contact details relevant to scoping the work. We may collect limited technical and usage information (such as anonymised analytics data) when you use our website, only where you have consented to analytics cookies.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies for essential functionality and, only with your consent, for analytics and advertising measurement (such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads). You can accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies via the consent banner, and your choice is stored for up to 12 months. Declining does not affect your ability to use the site or contact us.
Disclosure of your information
We may disclose your information to service providers who help us operate (such as our form, email and analytics providers) and to our trusted Level 2 ASP partner electricians where your installation requires supply-side work. These parties are only given the information needed to perform their function. We do not sell your personal information.
